Preparing a construction project is a complex process that requires not only technical knowledge, but also management and coordination skills. At CRG-Company, we start developing a project by understanding the needs and expectations of our clients. Then we conduct a detailed analysis of the area where the facility is to be built, taking into account aspects such as ground conditions, access to infrastructure, legal requirements and local regulations.
The next stage is to develop a preliminary design concept that takes into account all the client’s requirements and the specifics of the area. At this point, we define the basic parameters of the facility, such as its size, functions and materials from which it will be made. This concept is then presented to the client and modified until full acceptance is obtained.
After the concept is approved, we move on to the detailed design of the facility. At this stage, we develop detailed drawings and technical specifications that will be the basis for the construction of the facility. The design includes all structural elements, installations, finishes, as well as details such as doors, windows and ventilation systems.
Finally, after completing the design process, we prepare complete documentation that is necessary to obtain a building permit. All of our projects are compliant with American standards. Thanks to this, clients can be sure that their investment will be safe, functional and aesthetically made.
